There is plenty to do in and around the area including sports, walks, shopping and a wide variety of food and drink to sample. The surrounding area of Ballycastle is very popular with tourists and includes the three best-known features of Northern Ireland - The Giant's Causeway, the Glens of Antrim and Rathlin Island. Go west along the Causeway coast to Kinbane castle, Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge , Ballintoy, Dunseverick, Portbraddon, the Giant's Causeway and Bushmills Distillery.
Go east through the picturesque Glens of Antrim and visit the villages of Cushendun, Cushendall and Carnlough en-route. Glenarriffe Forest Park, Ballypatrick Forest Drive and Watertop farm offer enjoyment for all the family.
Go north by boat to Mull of Kintyre, Sanda Island and Rathlin Island . By car visit Fairhead, Murlough Bay and Torr head for breath-taking views of the North Antrim coast
