BG Developments Ltd is a prosperous company with a goal of becoming a significant factor in both the tourist and real estate markets. In March 2006, BG Developments completed its first project, the Graceland Apartments on the hills of St Vlas, next to Sunny Beach .

BG Developments is an Irish/Bulgarian collaboration.
