Current Rates
The following rates are applicable for January - December:
January 7 - March 31 - £300 per week
April 1 - June 30 - £350 per week
July 1 - September 1 - £450 per week
September 2 - December 30 - £300 per week
Daily, Mid-week and Weekend rates available on request
- A damage deposit of £150 must be paid on booking. When you book online you will receive an e-mail asking for this deposit with instructions on how to pay it.
- Payment is due 2 weeks before arrival. If booking online you will receive an e-mail to remind you of when and how to pay. When you are due to depart your deposit will be returned to you after an inspection by the management. Please see the FAQ page for full details.
- Occupants must arrive and depart on Saturday unless prior arrangements have been made with the management.
- Arrival time - 4pm Departure time - 11am
