Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation with Ballycastle Homecare Properties you are agreeing to abide by the following conditions unless you have the express permission from the management.

  1. Damage Deposit- Deposit of £150 must be paid on booking; otherwise no confirmation of your booking will be sent out.
  2. Assuming no damage has been caused to the property this deposit will be returned in full on departure.
  3. Occupants must arrive and depart on Saturday
  4. Registration from 4pm
  5. Houses must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure
  6. Failure to notify the management of late arrival may result in your booking being cancelled
  7. Guests' property will not be the responsibility of the management
  8. Each and every client is deemed responsible for any damages to the property and amenities
